About Us

Our History

In 2006, Andrew embarked on a mission to uncover the foundations of sustainable, healthy relationships. His quest took him across various industries, including consulting, healthcare, education, defence, energy, and automotive, where he developed the R-Model theory and framework.

Andrew continued to refine his understanding of the human connection and the key elements of relationships. Fueled by his extensive experience and insights, Andrew established the Relationship Lab as a home for the R-Model and to create a collaborative space for continued exploration of human-to-human relationships.
